In registering for Policy Foresight events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
PAYMENT: You can pay online using a credit or debit card by selecting the corresponding price category at the online booking page. Please note the online registration facility is only available for card payments - If you wish for your organisation to be invoiced, you will need to register 'offline' by completing and submitting a registration form which can be downloaded from the relevant event page. If you are registering to attend within 14 days of the date of the event we will only be able to accept payments by credit or debit card.
All CANCELLATIONS must be received in writing to: events at policyforesight dot com. Please note, only cancellations confirmed in writing at least 28 days before the conference date will be refunded, minus an administration fee of £50 plus VAT. Substitutions can be made at any time. If sending a substitute delegate please provide the registered delegate’s full name and the substitute delegate’s full name, job title, organisation, email address and any dietary or access requirements to: events at policyforesight dot com.
Non-payment of an invoice does not count as cancellation and you will still be liable for the full cost. Non-appearances on the day are also liable for the full cost. Valid refunds (cancellation received at least 28 days in advance) for places paid for online using a credit or debit card will be returned minus the £50 administration fee and 2.5% transaction fee charged by our booking site.
VENUE AND REGISTRATION DETAILS will be sent approximately 10 days before the event date. We cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of this information, if you have not received within 7 days of the event date, please call us on 01753 373096.
PROGRAMME AMENDMENTS Policy Foresight Ltd reserves the right to alter the programme and/or speakers without notice.
CHANGE OF DETAILS Have your details changed, or are they incorrect? Please email: events at policyforesight dot com.
DATA PROTECTION By registering your delegate place, you consent to Policy Foresight Ltd processing your contact details for the purposes of administering your attendance at this event. You also consent to Policy Foresight Ltd using your details to send you information about our further conferences and services. Policy Foresight Ltd will never share your personal information with third parties.
