Please select the event you wish to attend from our list of forthcoming events. You can register online only if you are paying with a credit/debit card. If you would like your organisation to be invoiced prior to payment, you will need to register 'offline' by completing and returning a registration form which can be downloaded from the relevant event page. Please note that places are always limited, therefore we advise you to book as early as possible to secure your place(s).

We are able to provide vastly reduced rates for online bookings as this is a far more efficient registration process and greatly reduces our administration costs. Where possible we encourage all attendees to register online with a debit/credit card to take advantage of the significant cost saving.

We only select venues that are fully accessible. Should you have any particular access requirements, please state this when making your booking or contact us and our team will be only too happy to advise you.

Entrance to all sessions of the symposium, delegate pack/materials, lunch and all refreshments throughout the day. Please advise us of any specific dietary requirements when making your booking.

We are pleased to be able to offer a limited number of subsidised delegate places for some of our events. These places are reserved for local voluntary organisations and individuals with no organisational funding. Please get in touch if you would like to enquire about the availability of such places.

In the unfortunate event that you are unable to attend, you may nominate a colleague to attend in your place. Alternatively, should you be unable to nominate a colleague to attend, we may at our discretion offer a credit note for attendance at a future symposium of your choice on the understanding that the existing booking is paid in full. Please contact us to explore this option.

If your diary does not permit you to attend an event in person, you are welcome to purchase a delegate pack either in electronic format or print format. The delegate pack will include all speaker presentations, programme details and supporting documentation. You can purchase the delegate pack from the event webpage. Alternatively if you wish to purchase a delegate pack from a past event please email your request to: info at policyforesight dot com

All confirmed attendees will receive comprehensive joining instructions approximately 7-10 days prior to the date of the event. If you have not received these details within 7 days of the event date, please contact us: info at policyforesight dot com

If you no longer wish to receive communication regarding our programme of symposiums, seminars and conferences, please send your request by email with ‘Unsubscribe’ in the subject field to: info at policyforesight dot com

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and must be received by us at least 28 days prior to the date of the event. In this case, each delegate place will be refunded minus an administrative fee of £50 + vat. We regret that no refund can be made if cancellation is received within 28 days of the event, although substitute delegates are accepted. Policy Foresight is not able to offer refunds for cancellations/non-attendance arising from events and circumstances outside of our control.
